On May 26, Guizhou Dongniang Dongcang Liquor Co., Ltd. held the “Ingenuity of Heaven and Earth · Savor the True Essence” 2025 Loong Boat Festival Qu-Making Ceremony at its qu-making workshop base in Linjiang Village, Xijiu Town. The event gathered industry experts, partners, and liquor sector representatives to witness and experience the charm of China’s sauce-aroma baijiu culture.

The ceremony marked not only a key stage in the ancient art of baijiu-making but also a heartfelt tribute to traditional craftsmanship, seamlessly blended with modern innovative thinking. It created a cross-temporal dialogue of brewing civilization, infusing strong momentum into the development of liquor brands.

Dongniang Dongcang’s proprietary karst cave fermentation and aging process stands as a model of marrying traditional wisdom with local terroir. The newly completed qu-making building, a RMB 100+ million investment, took two years to construct. Housing 240 fermentation chambers with an annual production capacity of 18,000 tonnes, the facility signals the company’s leap into a new stage of development—driving growth in market scale, brand building, production and storage capacity, and core competitiveness.
